Come by Coraopolis Memorial Library and learn more about the historic Coraopolis Train Station!

We’ve been busy throughout the winter and spring, making ongoing structural improvements and getting the Coraopolis Train Station ready for the next phase of rehabilitation and renovation!

We invite the community to stop by on Saturday, June 17, as we will provide tours and walk-throughs, and share a bit more about the work to come.  Project leaders and volunteers will be on hand to answer questions about the history, the architecture, the preservation, and the future use of this historic building.  We hope you can make it!

Please join the CCDF Volunteer Garden Team in the Coraopolis Community Garden to plant this season's crop!  Veggies, flowers, herbs, and more!  Learn how to plant or just enjoy some time in the sun while we walk you through what needs to be done. No experience or registration required. Just bring your garden gloves and an appetite: The grill will be on!!  We hope to see you there!!

Calling everyone with a green thumb who would like to volunteer!

Our final work day in the garden before planting is this Saturday. Come and join us to finish weeding, composting, and plant the alley garden. No sign-up required - come one, come all!

The grill will be on and lunch will be served! All Mom's will receive flower seeds for an early Mother's Day gift!
